1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JJ Wing platform, including the website at jjwing.pro, the mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager or playing any game, you enter into a binding agreement with JJ Wing.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered members, and any person who accesses content or services available through JJ Wing. If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

Additional terms may apply to specific promotions, competitions, or features on the Platform. Where such additional terms exist, they will be displayed alongside the relevant feature and form part of these Terms by reference.

2 Eligibility

To use the JJ Wing platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JJ Wing is strictly an adult platform. We do not permit anyone under 18 to register an account or use any part of our services.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as players.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when using the Platform.

3 Your Account

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on JJ Wing. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in all accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. JJ Wing is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate information you have provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or any verification codes with anyone. JJ Wing will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately through the Platform. JJ Wing will take reasonable steps to assist, but accepts no liability for losses incurred before you notify us of a security concern.

JJ Wing reserves the right to verify your identity at any point. You may be asked to submit a copy of a valid ID document, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits & Payments

JJ Wing supports deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). We accept the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and debit/credit cards. Supported methods may be updated from time to time — the current list is always visible on the deposit page within the Platform.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your JJ Wing account balance instantly. Bank transfer processing times depend on your bank. Card deposits are subject to standard card network processing times.

The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and will be shown at the point of transaction. There is no fee charged by JJ Wing on standard deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — this is outside our control.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name.
• Deposits made by third parties — including family members — are not accepted and may trigger an account review.
• JJ Wing reserves the right to return a deposit and request an alternative payment method if we have concerns about the source of funds.

5 Withdrawals

You may withdraw your available account balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, JJ Wing may require identity verification to be completed. This is a standard process and is in place to protect your account. Please ensure your verification documents are submitted promptly to avoid delays.

• Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days under normal circumstances.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster and may be completed within hours.
• The minimum withdrawal amount will be shown at the point of request.
• Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 6 for details.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

JJ Wing offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be displayed alongside the relevant offer on the Promotions page. These bonus-specific terms form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

General bonus rules that apply across all offers unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be shown on each promotion.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and can only be used on the Platform.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used to qualify for other bonuses.
• JJ Wing reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus funds if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a promotion.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on JJ Wing — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports, and all other markets — are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules are published separately and accessible from within each betting market.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is placed.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet slip reference is issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds available at the moment of placement. Network delays are your responsibility — JJ Wing is not liable for bets placed after an event outcome is already determined due to connectivity issues on your end.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport and market. Typically, stakes are returned where no result is declared.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are shown within the betting interface.
• JJ Wing reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our discretion, including where we have reason to believe the bet has been placed in error, as part of a coordinated betting pattern, or in connection with match irregularities.
• Palpable errors — including obviously incorrect odds — may be corrected and affected bets voided or re-settled at the correct price, even after initial settlement.

8 Casino & Games

The Casino, Slot Games, Bingo, and Live Casino sections of JJ Wing are provided for entertainment. All games on the Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics. Game results are fair and independent of previous outcomes.

• The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within each game's information panel.
• Technical malfunctions — including disconnections, display errors, or server issues during a game round — void that round. Stake amounts are returned in the event of a confirmed malfunction.
• Live casino games are subject to additional house rules specific to each game variant, displayed within the game interface.
• JJ Wing does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any game. Scheduled maintenance, provider outages, or technical issues may temporarily affect game availability.

9 User Conduct

By using JJ Wing, you agree to behave in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the spirit of fair play. The following are explicitly prohibited:

• Using automated tools, scripts, bots, or software to interact with the Platform in any way not intended for normal human use.
• Attempting to hack, probe, or test the security of the Platform or any connected systems.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, identity fraud, or collusion.
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language towards JJ Wing staff or other users.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment — commercial use is not permitted.

JJ Wing reserves the right to take action — including account suspension, fund forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities — where any prohibited conduct is identified or suspected.

10 Privacy & Data

Your privacy matters to us. JJ Wing collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

We collect data to verify your identity, process payments, provide customer support, and improve the Platform experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your account data — including transaction history and betting records — may be retained for up to 5 years following account closure, as required for record-keeping and fraud prevention purposes.

11 Limitation of Liability

JJ Wing provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the Platform running smoothly, we cannot guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

• JJ Wing is not liable for any losses arising from your inability to access the Platform, including during maintenance windows or unexpected outages.
• We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from your betting or gaming decisions. All wagering decisions are your own.
• JJ Wing's total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the balance held in your account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter where liability cannot be limited by law.

12 Termination & Account Closure

You may close your JJ Wing account at any time by contacting our support team. Any genuine real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements are met.

JJ Wing reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as inactive and subject to closure after notice is sent to your registered email.

13 Changes to These Terms

JJ Wing may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or display a notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will show the revised "last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any update, you should stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
